I was donating my hair. I told the stylist how much I was donating. She cut it off and started doing the rest of the hair cut without even asking me what I kind of cut I wanted. I had to interrupt her mid cut.

My wife called for Shampoo and was told to come in and than the stylist said she was by herself but no customers were present and refused the Shampoo and than started swearing at me wife all the way outside Really rude

I don’t think calling someone dark! Is acceptable and I don’t think great clips should allow for anybody to be spoken to in that manner. Ownership should have some standards about the customers they allow in their place of business. Disgusting!!! Indian man calling someone else dark, look in the mirror.

Every time i have entered this great clips it has been warm and welcoming with friendly staff! It's also a plus when the entire shop is near spotless and always smells fresh. Marquitta is one of the best stylist there. Given that they handle the general public day in and day out everyone is still warm and welcoming when I've come in.Services: Kids' cuts

I did my hair cut today around 6:30pm. Received worse hair cut and service ever. I have been going to Great Clips all different locations in Charlotte but today’s experience is worse. There was dark complex lady who did very bad job. Even when I asked to square edge she showed attitude. She completed my hair cut less than a 10 mins and all these time she was talking and complaining to her co-worker about her job. Totally disrespectful. I will never visit this location again.

Marquita and Brittany are AMAZING!! My kids and I have been getting cut for 3 years and they NEVER disappoint. Every cut is always great. Anyone that says otherwise has zero clue about style AT ALL.

Experience was ok. Made me wait and the hair salonist was in a different world when doing her job. I clearly sensed that she is not attentive and did not thin my hair when asked to do. May she is having a bad day and it is not OK to show it on the customer. Place is slower than a turtle.

Not how was others in experience, I visited first time this facility of great clip, and some random member called me as per queue, she did my hair cut first of all she was not understanding what i was trying to say and doing by herself when i asked her let me see in mirror she said she didn’t finished yet , because she have turned my chair with 60 degree so i was not able to see the mirror, after certain point i stopes and asked whether you will leave some hair on my head or not then she is like i am making even n finally this is the picture for her even. One thing understand they charge $14 and they work like $5 , they just know how to use trimmer but scissor they don’t know how to use even and called themselves hairstylist, such a worst place for haircut.

I visited this location long back. It was good then. One of the worst experience I had ever. I would like to point out to the one lady who has really long nails done. She was not able to hold the trimmer and the comb properly because of the nails. I had uncut hairs hanging around because she went over the trimmer only once. She is very ignorant of the craft and quite rude as well. Even another co-worker had to explain her what I am expecting. I had point it out everything, she didnt even took care the hair side block. She might be the most ignorant hair stylist I might have ever come across who don't understand the basics on how to start with the haircut.Service: Haircut

Just got home from a wonderful trip as always to get my hair cut here! Yolanda did a fabulous job cutting my hair and was so pleasant to chat with as she worked. My husband and I have been customers since relocating to NC in 2019 and will continue to visit this location.Service: Haircut
