I went to see the car but it was in the shop. I went back to see the car and a mechanical error showed up on the screen.. They stated that they would send the car back to the shop for review. However I never heard from them again...

Drove 50 mins from Missouri city just to be told the car was already sold. Even confirmed ahead of time to make sure the trip wouldn’t be a waste of time. Seems like this happens often due to their employee warning system.

Nice dealership. They did reach out to us when we inquired about a vehicle that we were very interested in looking at. We made an appointment. They called to confirm the appointment. Upon arriving at the dealership though they happened to tell us that the car that we wanted to look at was not running properly and that they were going to send it out to wholesale. Pretty sure the morning we were on our way there they could have told us that on the phone. Just one of those situations where they probably wanted to get it into the dealership to see if they could sway us to be interested in any other vehicle they had on the lot instead of the one we wanted to look at.

We were ready to buy but every time we reached out due to the hour or so drive to confirm if the vehicle was available, we never got a call back. They seem to have a terrible inventory management system. Will be purchasing elsewhere.

Rather difficult to deal with. Inquired about a Hyundai Elantra, and initially the dealer was responsive. However, when it came time to talk numbers, they gave me an information sheet with the sales price at 29k, when the car was listed online at just under 21k. The top trim level for this car, almost new, doesn't it even go for 29k, and the sales manager seemed to think this was a good price. To their credit, they did say that they would honor the 21k price, but I would have had to drive from San Antonio to Houston to see the vehicle, and wasn't going to make the trek with a sales team that seemed to be out of touch with the market. What topped it all off was, when I suggested they actually post the correct price online so people know what they are getting in to, I get a snarky email back that only said, "anything else, boss?". Not my fault they messed up, and this tells me they were not going to treat me well, and probably would have tried to make up that diff in fees somewhere.

Mike Phung (salesman) was helpful and did his best to accommodate me. We agreed on a price, confirmed by 2 people, but ultimately the finance mgr tells me I needed to finance an additional 1,295.00 because it was a loaner vehicle and was to be converted to a used vehicle etc. I walked away. This morning I get a phone call saying they would be willing to waive the 1,295.00. I already made a purchase from a more reasonable dealership for a used vehicle for a much better price and management that recognizes an opportunity when they see it.

I was disappointed that the vehicle that I went to test drive was advertised as an FORD F-150 XLT and when I arrived the truck was an XL with less options.There was also an added fee of $1,295 that was added to the advertised price.In addition in times of covid,I would have expected the vehicle to be properly sanitized, however it has an odor of mold or stale water.

Be that it may not have been properly explained by the salesperson, I must add that the charge is the average of our reconditioning for all pre-owned vehicles. The price they offered was several thousand higher. So, positive=fast contact; negative=they play games with the advertised price; end result=no sale

I was required to call about the vehicle and when I did the Car wasn’t even available. It had already been sold. I feel dealer purposely keeps sold cars listed in hopes people will call them and it will give them an opportunity to try and sell them something they don’t want.

Read the fine print on all vehicles. "Dealer adds if any are extra plus dealer preparation and reconditioning fees." If the prices look better than most online it's because they haven't wasted your time yet by getting you in and putting the final number in front of you. To quote the person we worked with "if we added that amount then we wouldn't show up in the great/good deals". When asked what add-ons or prep they were unable to produce anything. Misleading, dishonest and shady. This is why people hate car dealers. Buy from somewhere else and don't waste your time here.

Please see several older reviews we price our cars he minute they are in our inventory. Our used vehicles are put online for sale sent to reconditing and placed on the lot for sale. Our average recon bill is 1295.00 for this you receive a vehicle that has been put thru our shop, serviced and maintenance.

The advertised CarGurus price isn't the actual sales price, they add thousands of dollars in add-ons which are not advertised in the initial pricing. I looked at a new truck advertised by them for $45k. After their add-ons, the PRE TT&L price was more than $49k. Any add-ons, mandatory add-ons they claim, should have been refleted in the original Cargurus Internet price rather than intentionally trying to mislead buyers.They then claim "all Houston dealers are doing this" which is also not true. Jaimie is just another fast talking car salesman (manager) that's gives the sales industry a bad name, don't go to Mac Haik North Freeway.

We just received our truck. We bought all the way from California, the long distance created some issues. Other dealers couldn't handle. But this dealership stepped up to the plate. We got everything taken care of. Mr. Fred Seel was amazing, he never missed a call, text and had great communication. He went above and beyond, making sure we were taken care of. The result was a truck that was better than we expected. The video text didnt do it justice. And the price was 17k lower than California. We love our diesel. We would recommend Haik. They only got 4 stars because communication from everyone could have been better. Seel saved the day.

Went to the dealer test drive a new 2019 charger rt. Set an appointment, showed up early only to find they dont have the car. They showed me one for 7k more. We ended up spending 75k on 2 vehicles at a different dealership for waiting my time. This dealer sucks

I would have given 0 stars if it was possible. The dealer replied to my email ensuring me the vehicle I was interested in was available. Since we live 2 hours away, I called the dealer to make absolutely sure the vehicle was there. The staff member ensured me the vehicle was there and ready for a test drive. On the way to the dealership, I received another call and another e-mail, letting me know the vehicle was ready for the test drive and checking to see if we were still coming in. This was about 10 minutes before we arrived. When we got there, you guessed it, the vehicle was NOT THERE and they had no idea when it had been sold. All we received was a half hearted apology from the Internet Sales Mgr. Take your business elsewhere, to a dealer who values their customers and appreciates their time and business.

In this case the internet manager was not aware that another consumer was in the process of purchasing the vehicle you were driving into the dealership to look at. We encourage all customers to place a deposit on any vehicle to remove it from the market. We are a high volume dealer and price our units very aggressively for quick sale. Bought van online. They messed up paperwork then resent paperwork and half of it was missing. Said vehicle was going to be shipped on Saturday for Monday delivery and go no phone call or text stating that it didn’t get picked up! They did good job getting us financing and then just stopped with their customer service! We should have had van a week or two ago but their screwups have delayed what should be a simple process!

I called salesman to tell him I was coming. Call went to voice mail. Voice mail was full. I emailed him. No response. I went yesterday to buy the truck. Guess what. Already sold it. The guy there said it was sold 2 days prior. I told him I couldn’t get in contact with the sales and it’s still listed on website. His response. Sorry about that. Wtf

I went today to see Mo about buying the truck that you have advertised on the internet for $32,875. I even showed him the advertised price on the internet.I told him I would buy 2 trucks today for that price for my company.He came back with $36,150 each. + TTL = $38845.That is $3,275 more than what you advertised. I cannot believe Mac Haik would put incorrect advertising on the web just to bait and switchI will write a review and post the advertised price vs what you want me to pay. I am very disappointed with the games Mac Haid plays. I have purchased my last truck from you 3 years ago for our company and I cannot believe Mac Haikall would use the switch and bait tactics to lure people to their dealership.

After being contacted by the dealer the representative stated, “They list leasing prices and not sale prices.” Don’t be deceived by the numbers they post for sale online. They are not accurate. The prices for their vehicles are listed lower than what they really are because they don't list the actual sales price.

I contacted them, got a response in a decent time, but the experience wasn't all too great. Was told that vehicle was no longer available(informed of unavailability on 9/27, it's now 10/4,and vehicle is still listed). When I asked several times what their lowest priced Durango was, I got "msrp is $33k" over and over again. Then I was contacted by a manager with an email saying "give me a challenge to overcome and I will make the deal happen". I gave them the challenge and never got a response...

The advetised prices they list the trucks for in multiple sites are BS. When contacted they claim that the price shown is clearly marked as a lease even though no mention of lease is made in the enite ad. Don't waste your time. Even if they claimed to have a good "real" deal now in line with other dealers prices I wouldn't be able to trust them. But hey at least they got contact info to send emails and a phone number to call.

Contacted a week later. Gave me the run around for several hours. Did not answer many questions. Bounced me around to several different people. Internet experience was absolutely horrible. To busy or just didn't care. Maybe in person is better but I will never know. I would knot recommend them to anyone.

Not sure how to rate them. While they were honest that this is not the sale price of the truck, once they replied to my email. I shouldn't have to go their website to realize this is a lease price, not the sale price. Perhaps they could have put it in the description. In the end they explained all the details for me, and I ended up not purchasing a vehicle. With that I have no knowledge beyond initial contact.

They are misleading about the pricing. They advertise $26,330 for the sale price it's not the price it's a lease! They want a one time payment of $26,330. This is why dealers get a bad name. Advertise it as a lease and stop wasting people's time!

Not very happy when told my credit was so bad they wanted half down on a used vechile. I was more than happy to pay 20% down and a higher than noemal monthly note but they insisted that they could not help me. So I would rather not help them by giving them a good score. Thanks but you can keep all your vechiles for as long as it takes them to sell off. I only give them one star.

My husband and I was interested in a Cadillac Escalade at this dealership so we inquired about it online. We were contacted by a salesman who pretended to be a nice guy who we thought wanted to help us. The first red flag was when he proceeded to tell us that 4 other people were interested in this same vehicle but was unable to get the vehicle. Right then I knew it had to be something the salesman was doing to prohibit the sale of this vehicle. My husband and I submitted everything that was asked of us. For 2 days straight we were lied to and led to believe that we were going to get this vehicle. The salesman and finance manager raised the price of the vehicle $3000 more than what it was. I emailed concerns to the finance manager about everything that had happened and how we were upset and his crappy response was that he was sorry that I felt that way and have a great day. I'm glad that God stopped us from making a huge mistake here. We have since found our dream vehicle.

They throw hefty up charges .. price you see won't be price you pay unfortunately. Passed up on my dream truck because of it. They were willing to work with my trade which was nice, but was disheartening to see the sales price was bumped up over 1k due to some reconditioning fee they implement on the vehicle your purchasing. I asked them to take this fee off, but they were unwilling and stated it's a normal fee dealerships do. Not true at all though, I've never ever seen a dealership pass on their reconditioning costs unto the consumer.

Our pre owned reconditioning charge of 895 is accessed on all used vehicles. In today's digital market a vehicle must be priced the moment it is put into a dealers inventory. It is common practice at dealerships that aggressively price inventory for quick resale to have some type of fee. We as a business took the average cost spent to service, maintenance, and recondition a vehicle for retail and used set pricing of 895 as our fee. Was ready to work out a deal, but the sales manager would not budge on the price even a dollar. Stated he was "breaking even, just moving iron(car business tall fo making no money), only making 335 dollars, etc.". A week later I get an email alert and the vehicle came down 800 dollars!! If he would had worked with me sooner he would had sold the truck!! Other than that they were very friendly and had good communication back and forth.

DONT FALL FOR IT! Was speaking to a dealer rep for 2 days prior to making the 2 hour trip one way to look at vehicle I was considering. Last contact was by phone call one hour before arriving to the dealer confirming the vehicle was waiting for me to look at it. Got to the location and was told the vehicle was not there because it was just sold to someone else but guess what....they can help me with other options that they do have right now. Looks like I fell for the same ploy that others have! How considerate of them to lead me on to get my foot in the door.... which was right back out when I figured out what was going on!

Your best and safest bet is to do business elsewhere. Advertised prices are not the actual price they try to charge you. The cost of my vehicle was increased $1000 from the ad because they said the ad was "cash" price even though it didn't say that anywhere in the ad. When you challenge this they just smile goofy and shrug their shoulders. My vehicle was supposedly prepped and cleaned but it was the most pathetic cleaning job I've ever seen. A soft drink had been spilled between the seats requiring me to have it cleaned and carpet shampooed where the sticky drink has spilled on the console and carpet. There was a gasoline soaked rag left in the bed of truck, i had to clean all the storage areas of trash and debris. They failed to disclose numerous things up front that i would need such as spending hundreds of $$ getting keyless entry fobs to even be able to utilize the advertised systems. Extremely disappointed even though i lowered my standards of what to expect...

Horrible customer service, dishonest salesmen, ridiculous charges. Will never set foot on that or any other Mac Haik dealership again. In addition to the $695 "vehicle preparation fee" added to the price of the car, there were serious misrepresentations of all vehicles I tried. And no, sorry, but CarGurus is not responsible for the content of an individual dealer's ads. Both vehicles I drove did NOT have the promised tow package, a deal breaker because I haul a horse trailer. And salesmen need to be more responsible to their customers. I was not given my driver's license back before I left, and had to return to the dealership. The salesman insisted that he had handed it back to me, and then sheepishly DID hand it to me after uncovering it on his desk. Incredibly disagreeable experience all round. Never again.

Run and keep running. I have been searching for a 2017 Grand Caravan GT on Cargurus. Mac Haik offered a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan GT FWD for $14,997 delivered free in Texas. I emailed at midnight so excited. No on called me back. I called this morning and was told a manager would call me back. I had stated that I was in Austin and would pay cash via wire transfer. I HAD TO KEEP CALLING. Finally, Zeke said that he would email a final price. He did not. I texted him and he sent me a text photo of a final price signed by Jose. THEY HAD ADDED $35 FEES AND $1,195 ADDED EQUIPMENT. When I asked what the additional money was for, Zeke said it was a "RECONDITIONING FEE" that they added to all cars. They refused to sell at the advertised price. Jose said he had a disclaimer stating they could add fees. Cargurus looked up their account, AND THEY HAVE NO SUCH DISCLAIMER. I am reporting them. NO ONE ELSE DOES THIS.

I set up an appointment to look at a car after work. When I showed up to the dealership the sales person told me the car had been sold earlier in the day. I am not mad that they sold the car before I got there but I am mad that no one contacted me to let me know the car I was interested in wasn't available so that I could cancel my appointment and not waste an hour in I45 traffic.

Truck still listed. When I drove 1 hour and 15 mins to the dealership, writes another 20 mins just to tell me they sold the truck that morning. But before driving there. There truck was being cleaned and getting ready for the test drive.

This dealer (Ivonne)contacted me several times to make a test driving appointment, once we made the appointment and I arrived on time to the appointment, they told me that the car was sold one day before.That's dishonest!!!Why they didn't call me to cancel the test drive appointment or at least to let me know that the car was sold.THAT'S NO SERIOUS for a big dealer like this.I am very disappointed!!!

The way that internet sale people are responding is strange. Some time 5 call in one day, but when you decide for test drive, no answer!After 45 mile driving to dealership, the salesman out of the blue stated the TT&L is not included in "out of door" price, so why you call it out of door price! In my case, we need to add 1600$ to 20000$ internet price that we found on dealership website, so the real out of door price was 21600 !!!!Just we waste our time an gas!

Amanda contacted me immediately. She got me in contact with a sales person, Terrence, who was also prompt and got everything put together for me over the phone and by email. I was able to drive down and pick up the car without any changes to the deal or miscommunications. Overall a great experience. I was in and out of the dealership in 2.5 hours which seems like a long time considering the deal was all but agreed to before I got there. But, there were other customers there finalizing their deals and my only waiting time was for finance which is normally the case. Terrence, great job!

Terrible experience. The car had a huge bump on the side and it was rusty already. The body was not in good conditions. The price was good but the staff made the entire process a very unpleasant experience. They were more interested in running a credit report for a loan than talking about the car. I asked for the best offer they could do considering a trade-in but they were reluctant. After 30 mins they showed up with the same price. It's not the first time I have a bad experience with Mac Haik. No more Mac Haik.

Said the car they had advertised was in transit and he was going to call me when it came in. I am sorry, but I don't believe they ever has the car they had advertised and I certainly don't believe it's in transit. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard back from them.

Told them my situation up front and they assured me they could help me, but they pulled my credit for nothing because we couldn't get the deal closed. They didn't want to come down on the price of the suv or give me more on my trade, so at the end of the day they don't do whatever it takes to close the deal. Was most disappointed that I was assured the deal was not going to be am issue to close then I heard conflicting stories about why it didn't.

I called and scheduled a test drive, to sit an hour in traffic, and when I got there I was told the car was not available. It is over a week later and the car is still on the website, and the computer chat says it is available, but the dealership, which will only respond by email now, says the car is not available..

BEWARE of this car dealership!!!! About 2 hours after speaking to a salesperson and he told us that the car is still available to purchase and test drive, we get there and he told us that the car has already been sold "just this morning". REALLY????? Yet 2 weeks after inquiring about this car, it is still advertised on-line and at even a lower price. LOL

They comfirmed the truck was there, as soon as i got there to look at the truck they said it was being sold as we speak. I guarantee it was lies. I bet they just do that to bring you in and then just try to sell you something else. I wouldnt recommend this dealership at all. And the truck is still shown that its uo for sale even though its been "sold".

Very poor experience. Called at 1:30pm to confirm vehicle was still there and available for purchase. Set appt for 2:45, drove an hour in traffic with my son for him to teat drive. Upon arrival, we waited 15 minutes and were told the woman booking the appt wasnt available. We were then told the vehicle had already been sold earlier that day in a fleet sale. The vehicle remained posted at least through the next day when was the last time I checked. The staff showed very little concern or remorse for the situation and sinply tried to sell another vehicle.

Was told two different things by two different sales reps in regards to the origin of the vehicle. I overlooked that and was still interested, then it happened again, one rep said we can give you the price you're asking for your trade-in then another one said we can't. I drove up there to get it straightened out and by the time I got up there, they had sold the truck. They didn't even try to contact me, after we had been in contact all day about it to the point where they said they would have the paperwork ready for me and asked about my pre-approval, etc. Would not recommend them.

Great, Great, Great Deal! This was a pleasant atmosphere, they did not pressure me into a buy even though I was a little indecisive. They worked on beating my finacing rate at my credit union, answered all questions, ran the car faxs, and if you don't actually like the cloth in that particular car they will add leather for a very low price ($650) plus you get to pick the leather color. The man you need to speak with is Ronald Tucker!!!! He will not lose your business, tell him what your budget is, tell him what you are comfortable paying a month, and he will make it happen. Whether you are buying a new car or used car, RONALD TUCKER!! I was very pleased when I drove away. They even let me take the vehicle home for a day and I hadn't even committed to buy it. They said drive it home, get a feel for it, and if you sleep on it and wake up tomorrow still not feeling it or the deal, no pressure, don't buy it. I did just that! They also let me take the vehicle to the dealership as it still had a warranty on it and everything checked out. Needless to say, I purchased that vehicle last Saturday and I'm so glad I did.
